Meaning land and sea in Welsh, our restaurant and bar, Tir a Môr, takes its cue from our bayside location and the very best produce Wales has to offer.
The kitchen puts a modern twist on our country’s culinary heritage, from smoked haddock, salmon and spring onion fishcake to pan-roasted belly pork, braised fennel and orange, cider apple sauce to chicken, Carmarthen ham and leek pie. Desserts elevate traditional puddings, such as Bara Brith bread and butter pudding, and apple and berry crumble with Black Mountain brandy liqueur custard.
Our Welsh credentials carry through to our drinks list, with local spirits playing a starring role in our signature cocktails and our own takes on the classics.

This Father’s Day, treat dad to a complimentary main course when booking a table of four or more.
Dine from our Sunday Lunch menu featuring classic dishes and seasonal Welsh produce, with panoramic views of Cardiff Bay providing the perfect backdrop to make him feel special. Dad will enjoy a complimentary main course when three or more guests pay full price (this does not apply to starters and desserts).
This offer is for tables of four or more, and only one main course will be complimentary.
