Travel by rail

Cardiff Central station is a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride from the hotel, and Birmingham, Manchester, or London Paddington are just two hours by rail. View train times and ticket information.

For travel by car, just click on the map below or simply tap our postcode CF10 5SD into your sat-nav. We have parking spaces at the hotel charged at £20 a night, but once they’re full there’s a pay-and-display car park next door.

Travel by air

Cardiff Airport is 13 miles away, about 25 minutes in a taxi. A typical cab fare is £25-£30. There’s also a regular bus and train service between the airport and Cardiff city centre. The nearest heliport is Cardiff Heliport, just a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

Hotel Open

voco St David's Cardiff is open as 'self-contained holiday accommodation' for Welsh residents who are in the same household or support bubble and for non-Welsh guests travelling for essential business purposes only.

From 12 April 2021 residents of England will also be able to book leisure stays with us. Other UK and international guests will only be able to stay with us for essential business purposes only.

Our Admiral Restaurant is currently closed, but breakfast and dinner can be ordered as room service to your bedroom.

Marine Spa will open for treatments only from 12 April 2021
Our thermal area, gym and relaxation room will remain closed until 10 May.
